R. Sivaraman
Founder & CEO
A fourth-generation lawyer with 30 years of legal experience, R. Sivaraman practises before the Madras High Court and the Supreme Court of India, specialising in direct and indirect taxation, company law and related litigation. He served as Special Government Pleader (Taxes) for the Government of Tamil Nadu from 2011 to March 2013. He has served as panel advocate for nationalised and private-sector banks, advising on property titles and legal opinions, and has assisted senior advocates in significant taxation matters before the Madras High Court. He is also certified in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO).
P. Ramesh Kumar

With over 30 years of legal experience, P. Ramesh Kumar specialises in criminal law, trial proceedings and appeals before various courts. His practice also includes due diligence and property title verification. He began his career under the guidance of the late Mr. K. A. Panchapagesan, a distinguished criminal lawyer.
Raghav Rajeev Menon

A postgraduate in Corporate and Commercial Laws with over 10 years of legal experience, Raghav Rajeev Menon practises in company law, insolvency and matters under the Benami law framework. His work includes drafting commercial contracts, service agreements and property conveyancing documents, as well as advising on taxation, corporate and commercial law.
